Shipping & Returns

We ship to customers in Singapore only. If you require overseas shipping, kindly contact us to check on the delivery cost.

Delivery is $12.10 for the learning towers.
For Berrybear accessories range, delivery is free.
For Doddl and BigDuo accessories range, delivery is charged a flat rate of $2.20 per order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Local delivery is approximately 1-3 working days. Do note if your order is placed on Friday noon, we will only process your order on Monday.
Please note that if you order during a sale, dispatch can sometimes be slightly delayed due to high volumes.

Yes, if the items you have purchased are instock, products will be ready for collection in 1 working date. Collection timing is Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm at 31 Toh Guan Road East #01-02, S608608.

Our courier company usually takes 1-2 working days to deliver the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to select specific date and time for the delivery. However, our courier company will normally notify customer when sending the parcel. You may arrange with the delivery man to be sent on another date or allow them to leave the parcel outside your homes or risers.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please take photographs or video immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Berrybear will be happy to replace any damaged/ defective parts free of charge. Refunds will be given depending on circumstances. In case, please see our return policy for further information.

Yes, you can exchange your order for another color, variant or model before product is shipped.
After product is shipped, kindly bring the unopened product to our store at 31 Toh Guan Road East, #01-02 S608608. We will do the exchange on the spot.
Note: products should be returned in the condition that they were received, or you may be charged the full amount.

Our products come with a 6-months manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser. If you have received a defective item, please take photographs or video immediately and contact us as soon as possible. BerryBear will be happy to replace any defective/damaged parts free of charge.
Replacement will be issued 5 working days after we received the returns goods.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging) or you will be charged for any loss of value.

Occasionally we do have display sets available to buy at a discount. If you are interested in this, contact us and let us know which learning tower you’d be interested in. We will let you know if its’s available, the condition and price of the product.

In the unfortunate event that your product becomes damaged after the warranty period, please contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s available and the price of the replacement with delivery.
